The rules are already being changed and these are just the tip of the iceberg because CTE is 100% in NFL players and they are finding that playing high school football does more damage than ever imagined and they are just beginning research. I would guess the linemen might stay on the field. After all, they did not play with hardly any pads in the beginning. So they can just adjust to leverage and using their hands.
