The most runs scored by a single team in an MLB game is 36 by the Chicago Colts (now the Chicago Cubs) against the Louisville Colonels on June 29, 1897. The modern record is 30, when the Texas Rangers defeated the Baltimore Orioles 30-3 in 2007.

Descalso might be the best pitcher out there for AZ tonight.

Maybe they can suit up Mark Grace and get him warmed up in the pen.

Catcher Alex Avila on the mound now for the DBacks.

I believe Avila and Descalso both making their 2nd appearance on the mound this year for Arizona.

I don't remember this I think the only time a team has scored at least 20 runs I think it was Florida at Boston or Miami at Boston

Teams have scored 20 runs or more a few times Moldy..

In 1979, the Phils and Cubs both scored over 20 in the same game.

had the game o32 HRE

knew it was a winner in the first half inning when the announcer said the ump had a postage stamp for a strikezone. ump for zone reason wanted runs. shelby miller noticed it and was very smart faking an injury before getting 13 runs scored on his era
