So tell me about this diet tip you have... how do you do it?

Never diet in my life!

I learned a lot from the USMC.

Routine yourself everyday.

Wake up determined to fight fatigue and weaknesses.

Key is to get out 3-4 times a day to exercise.

Eat Paleo like, meats, eggs, non starchy veggies, fruits,nuts, and olive oil.

Stay away from grains, dairy, artificial sweeteners, soft drinks, processed foods.

 

Of course I don't follow this as I drink beer which is full of grains. But I pound my daily workouts with daily 3 mile wake up run, 1.5 gym pump at lunch, and train my boys at soccer 1.5 hours when they have a day off from practice. Walk my dog 3 miles on top. Tea help curb the hunger on non drinking nights. I have a 33" waist and never sit in front puter or tv and eat crap food.
