Mike75 Posted September 20, 2018 Report Share Posted September 20, 2018 The Cleveland Browns (0-1-1) have earned just one victory in their previous 35 games or 1-34 going into their Thursday Night Football matchup against the New York Jets (1-1) to kick off Week 3. The Browns could've won their first two games vs Steelers and Saints but didnt because of crucial missed FG's. But the Browns will be betting favorites for just the second time during that stretch, losing 31-28 to the Indianapolis Colts as one-point road chalk nearly a year ago. This time around, Cleveland is sitting as a three-point home favorite versus New York. From opening game of 2015 NFL season to the latest loss to New Orleans the Browns are 4-45-1 in their last 50 games. The Browns have not won their division since 1990 nearly 30 years From 1990 through 2017 over a period of 28 seasons incredibly 17 of those they had 5 wins or less. Over the past 25 years since 1994 the Browns have made the postseason only twice. Since 1999 they have had over 30 different starting QB's and 10 head coaches. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Buffalo are still dealing with futility despite that little blip of lucky charms last seasons. From 2000 through 2017 The Bills made the postseason only one time which was last year breaking a playoff drought that lasted 17 years. Over the past 18 years the Bills have 3 winning seasons 2004, 2014 and 2017 and there was a 10 year period of losing seasons 2004 thru 2014. The Bills have not won their division since 1995 over 23 years ago. The Bills have not won a playoff game since 1995 over 23 years ago. Bills have had 10 head coaches since the year 2000 Ironically over the past 18 years the Bills despite lots of losing seasons they only had less than 6 wins three times. They had 6 wins five times,7 wins four times and 8 wins three times. So 12 of their last 18 seasons they had between 6 and 8 wins yearly. They went 13 straight seasons without a winning year or postseason. Only 4 seasons since 2003 have they won more than 5 games thats really bad. Have had 11 head coaches since the 2000 season through the 2018 season. From 2003 thru 2018 10 out of 15 seasons they had 5 wins or less. Awful. Havent won their division in 17 years since the 2002 season. From 2008 through 2016 for 9 straight years Jax had 9 straight losing seasons From 2008 through 2016 for 9 straight years Jax had no playoff appearances. Starting in 2008 for nearly a decade Jax was the NFL's worst team winning 5 games or less each year but two. The Jags went 17 years from 2000 thru 2016 without winning the division. From 2011 thru 2016 they drafted 2nd once,3rd twice,4th once,5th twice so they drafted in the top 5 picks 6 straight years. From 2008 thru 2017 the Jags drafted in the top 10 every single year. 5 year period 2012 thru 2016 the Jags won 2 games,4 games,3 games,5 games & 3 games. 17-63 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From 2004 thru 2016 a 13 year period the Rams were one of the NFL worst teams. From 2004 thru 2016 a 13 year period the Rams had no winning seasons. From 2005 thru 2016 a 12 year period the Rams had no playoff appearances From 2007 thru 2011 a 5 year period the Rams were so terrible they won only 15 games In '07 they won 3 games, '08 they won 2 games, '09 they won 1 game, '11 they won 2 games. '99????? Ironically it was 1999 the Tennessee Titans first season when all of the sudden the AFC Playoffs started and the Titans were to clash with the Buffalo Bills for the right to advance to the divisional round..... Well we all know what happened next........... Do the Titans have a miracle left in them in what has been a magical season to this point. If they do, they need it now. Christie kicks it high and short. Gonna be fielded by Lorenzo Neal at the twenty-five, pitches it back to Wycheck- he throws it across the field to Dyson (he's got something) thirty (he's got something!) forty, FIFTY (he's got it) FORTY, THIRTY (HE'S GOT IT!) TWENTY, TEN (HE'S GOT IT!), FIVE, ENDZONE!!! TOUCHDOWN TITANS! THERE ARE NO FLAGS ON THE FIELD...... IT'S A MIRACLE! TENNESSEE HAS PULLED A MIRACLE! A MIRACLE FOR THE TITANS! The Titans ended up in the Super Bowl in what was almost an overtime game but time ran out.
