Top 5 for me.

Spencer Dinwiddie- Brooklyn

Jeremy Lamb- Charlotte

Dennis Smith-Dallas (guy is a star)

Dunn in Chicago has some upside

Brooks at Memphis is fun to watch and should improve with Memphis healthy again

Liked Dunn ever since draft day and thought the Bulls did well to get him from Minny there. He should def become big time.

Brooks is intriguing, and I was listening to some pod around draft time talking him up a bit. Need to pay attention him some more, though, so good posting.

Smith def showcased star power and should continue to rise.

This guy knows the NBA. I like that list........especially better late than never Jeremy Lamb.

Kevin Knox - Knicks

If they give him PT. Not a good shooter but athletic as hell.

He will get plenty of floor time they dont have anyone. One injury and he will play 25 minutes a game.Theyre a 25 win tank for lottery team anyway.

Not as high on him as you but admittedly havent seen enough probably a good candidate.

Nance Jr in Cleveland might be one as well. His upside is high. Dunn supposedly worked this offseason on his defense. Chicago should be a run and gun team imo not gonna out D Indiana, Milwaukee (now that kidd is gone.. boo for over punters) and detroit anyway might as well throw it up Westhead style in my eyes.

no one "breaks out" in the nba after 7 seasons in the league. Lamb is what he is. A nice scoring option off the bench.

I actually think his list is awful but to each their own. Smith cant be a breakout player - expecatations are high already.

Dinwiddie wouldnt get tick on any decent team and all his production will be artificial.

Dunn still can't shoot. Love dunns overall game but needs to bring the turnovers down and run better sets. Right now he doesn't do that.

Brooks is the one guy on the list that I would have on mine too because he's a prime candidate. Good all around game. Bad team. Lots of minutes and a hard worker.

Larry nance Jr has absolutely zero offensive talent. Terrible footwork, bad jump shot mechanics and hes a poor ball handler. If he wasnt an elite athlete he wouldnt be in the nba. He hasn't developed his game at all either - same player that he came in as. His impact on nba games that matter is zero.

As for ingram from OP. Hes the 3rd best SF on his own team. Lebron will probably play 4 a lot, but kuzma deserves more minutes than ingram.

Kuzma by far the best player on the lakers not named LeBrick

I'll say...

Caris Lavert - this is the real breakout star for Brooklyn - not dinwiddie. The concern with lavert is staying healthy but he has a complete nba game paired with + athleticism.

John Collins - this would be more of a slam dunk 10 years ago in the NBA but still, Collins is a production machine. Great rebounder and rim protector with ++ footwork in the paint.

It's impossible to make one of these lists with Jamal Murray too. Murray has a real chance of leading the nuggets in scoring and dropping 22+ a night while being one of the leagues biggest threat from outside.
