It's all irreclevant at this point anyway(other than for those completely booted) , as TheM is changing their slot card come January and the excellent EV of the past will most likely change with it. Many that got booted or derailed are also cheap, a true PRO knows how to take care of their host(s). ………..couple this with doing other things incorrectly, along with not doing some things correctly, and there's a reason why some last longer than others at some venues l than others when attacking a good play.But it comes with the territory, nobody is immune to banishment completely at every venue, contrary to what people may want to believe.
