I can say with a high degree of confidence there isn't a single one within 5 miles of me(and i live in town), prob even 10 miles - go out 15 miles(into the inner city) then you get some. Many Spending a few days in and around the south Bay area (the visit I told you about) a couple of months ago, I don't remember seeing many, if any homeless. Of course in SF a different story. Ive been in some that are down right scary. The one in West Haven, CT comes to mind. Yes they have cops at all entries. LOL WE GANGSTA. But I do know they haven't been good for middle class mom and pop businesses in America. So when I do go there, I feel guilty for buying stuff there.
