I took a drip under my tongue. My first impression is I just licked a koala bears ass. I see if I feel differently. My knee is throbbing so maybe I could see if it ceases. I find that 20 or 25mg of cbd at one time is plenty and def calming and such. WOrks wonders on anxiety and even inflammation. But what I've found for myself, is that I can keep eating my awful diet and cbd has it where it doesnt bother me like it used to. So I think there's something to the inflammation and such claims that are out there. And if you are into medical marijuana, a lil cbd enhances it.
