Good luck. I'm on keto over four months now, with a timeout for Christmas. Down 38 since Sept. 2.

Cave men ate almost none of that, they didn't grow and eat vegetables, and rarely ate fruits( a highly seasonal delicacy). Burgers and potato chips is the closest approximation.
