6 feet tall. Was 194 (highest I’ve been in maybe 2-3 years on 1/11) Been on a diet since and already back down to 182. I binge ate and drank way too much in December and just way over did it.

Goal is to get down to 169 and under 12% body fat by March 1st. Think I can do the weight goal, but the bf might be tough. Been lifting 3x a week and normal cardio 5x (3 days b-ball 2 bike or elliptical ) and 2x HIIT cardio. Not an easy routine but my body feels good.

Keep working Kinger , you can do it.

Weighed in this morning naked at 252.....fattest I've ever been in my life

Ate and drank like a pig today.......don't know what it's going to take to make me snap out of it

Probably a serious health issue

You should take better care of yourself

No use racking up all your retirement points if you don’t live long enough to enjoy them

That’s one of the things that has really caused me to get in better shape as I’ve gotten older. What’s the point of working and saving money if I’m going to die before I get to use it?

I don’t plan to live till too old , but I figure if I can retire around 50-55 I should have a solid 15 years to go nuts and blow all my money and live how I choose with all my desired fulfilled.

Ok. Just weighed in. 204.0 6ft. Tall.

I usually run between 195-210. But I haven't been working out at all. So I'm in my zone I guess.

Most I ever weighed was 230 and that was the first year we moved down here. But I was out of work for 3 years because of my back surgeries. Now I'm back to being a beast.

I was gonna retire at 55 but will probably work a couple more years

Damn West Coast is so expensive and my worse fear is cashing out then having to worry about money later in life

I was once 235 too Kinger.

Down to 190 and dropping.

Still drink but also workout at least 4x week.

also Cut WAY down on sugar and excessive carbs.

Agree with the last part.

Haven’t had any sugar and no carbs from starches the last few weeks. I feel better, my body looks much better, and I’ve noticed I don’t get nearly as much inflammation after playing basketball.

I absolutely love sugar and typically eat desserts every night. After about 5 days without having sugar the craving pretty much went away. Going to see if I can make it till March 1st with no processed sugar.

It's all those fuckin' meals you make... you inject food into more food and slather a dressing on top of the whole thing.  Cut back on that shit and beer drinking... you'll lose 20 pounds without even exercising.  :lock
