Have stuck to my diet and exercise perfectly since the last update other than a day of drinking on the Super Bowl. Down 4 more lbs to 178. Last 9 lbs in the next 3 weeks will be tough.

 

Kinger, give us an update pal.

Only been able to drop 1 more lb since a week ago.

 

I have leaned out a ton, which is even more important

 

Have 11 more days and there’s no way in hell I try to lose 8 more lbs.

 

My body is finally starting to feel the insane amounts of cardio I’ve been doing.

you were hammered during the SB and probably drank a lot during that week too

 

cant drink and lose weight unless you are 21

Finished my 50 days yesterday.

 

Missed by goal weight by 3 lbs. finished at 172. Still losing 22 lbs in 50 days ain’t bad. Look really lean so don’t care about missing too much.

 

Binge drank and ate like crap last night and today and feel like crap now.

Nice work in 50 days. That's a nice percentage for your weight. I've had a couple more of the binge weekends than I should have lately. Always feel like shit afterwards and takes a week to get the weight off.

Exactly. Very hard to really put on a lot of muscle eating at that big a caloric deficit.

 

Not to mention I’m old so both putting on muscle and losing weight isn’t exactly easy.

 

I'm not going to knock it as it takes a lot of fucking discipline to do what you just did.  Props.  

 

Now once you accomplished that, now go to 1,800 calories a day.  Good calories.  And stay disciplined in the gym.  

 

Shit will get toned up in a few weeks.  And you will maintain.  Can even cheat on the weekends if you go 1,800 while working out the other 5 days.
