Had a killer workout last night

Hoops will be buff by the end of the summer :bulb

 

Here was my routine last night:

 

8 sets of 10 bench press (Lower weight) 10 seconds rest between each set

 

10 sets of 12 flys laying down (same method as above)

 

15 reps of dual cables (down to up) and 20 pushups did this 4 sets

 

15 reps of incline press followed by a set of 10 on each side isolated flys: 4 sets

 

My chest is fried but I’m motivated to keep this up...

It was a chest session .. lower weight high reps

 

Deemer and Balco what do you do on chest day?

 

My guy mixes it up for muscle memory purposes so we are always doing different movements

Flat bench of some variation - DB or Rack

 

Incline - DB or Rack

 

Flies - Cable usually

 

Decline - DB or Rack

 

Pushups

 

And no more than 4 sets per exercise so ~20 sets
