In a perfect world it's people who know you well from a work or academic setting, normally it's not friends or god forbid your mother. In your case Wade, I think it's best that you use us as your references, we can vouch for your passion, intellect, and good character. We'll try not to mention the Oxy, black hookers, or scratchers.
