The hack wasn't so simple as oh click a back up button and we are all good again. Plus this was a contest they stepped up and generously agreed to help us out with at no cost what so ever to any of us so it's not like they really need to hold it in as high a regard as Mike is. Just saying I wouldn't be so quick to criticize.But it really is that simple if you have backups of your database. Restoring those bets should be trivial if the site had any sort of basic fault tolerance. Having the site online and missing two weeks of data tells me they weren't backing up the database properly during that period of time. I get it but that has nothing to do with us here in this contest which is what this thread is about. If you have a beef with them on a matter outside of this contest then I completely understand you voicing your opinion and displeasure. All I can worry about and be privileged to information about is this contest and the work being done to get us back going again with as little effect as possible. But it doesn't mean I shouldn't when I know whats going on and you don't. Mike has been great from the start of this and I see no reason why anyone in this thread for this contest should be criticizing him for it. He is doing what he can esp considering everything else they are having to deal with which for them of course is much more significant. I think my point is at least worth considering. Cool and I am not saying your wrong in any way what so ever. I always appreciate your input as you are a sharp guy. All I am asking is that you do it somewhere else! If we were being charged for this service then hey I am stepping over the line here and you could have at it with no objections from me, but we are not. So all I am asking for is we show some class and be somewhat courteous. If we aren't why would anyone want to help us in this way going forward. Okay guys between the information I had been keeping up with and the data recovery on Mike's end we were able to get everyone's balances up to date except for April 1-3. Any plays made from those dates are not currently available but they may be down the line as the data recovery process on their end continues. If at any point these plays are restored I will let everyone know as it may effect the total # of plays for some accounts. Any questions feel free to ask and I will answer as best I can.
