Don’t want to penalize those that were on the ball (unlike me) with plays either, with too much additional time. I think July 8th would be current deadline and no games for 8th - 11th for the break. This extension should make up for the days missed and allow everyone to be able to get in the # of picks needed without feeling like they have to rush at the end esp if they were active from the start. This was discussed when the switch was made to the PPH side of things, and rules were set up and sent out to everyone on Day 1 of the restart along with the sign up information. It was made clear the rules were the rules. As hard as we try we can never and i mean never make everyone happy in these contest. We had a debate as to FF and game plays before we made the switch and everyone was allowed to weigh in and state their opinion etc. It varied from some wanting it to some not wanting it as always. We came to the decision to make the rules less muddled for everyone's sake and when sent out not a single person checked in with a complaint or suggestion for changes. Here were those rules (which everyone got via PM prior to the restart): RULES: *200 Plays (no more no less)*All plays are based on a ($100) bet!*Full Game Sides/Full Game Totals/Run-Line/1st5 wagers (sides+totals) only.*You CANNOT play both sides of the same game.*There is no minimum or maximum # of plays per day/week.*Each entry must make exactly 200 plays by the All Star Break set any remaining plays will count as (-$100) in the final grading. Any additional plays will be voided.*Winners will be determined by highest account value not wins!*Any situation like suspended games etc not covered here including rainouts will be covered by Vegas Rules.*Any wager made that does not follow these rules will be voided + counted against the total. I can see both sides of the fence here in one way it does allow for players to "double dip" on a winning side yet it can also potentially cost you 2 wagers on a losing side and with a set # of plays that does plenty of damage. If everyone in the contest had committed to being against it I certainly had no problem making it that way but the debate as to what we would do went on all the way up until we were approved and switched formats to the PPH which included the new rules and guidelines.
