2014-2015 CAA/FCS plays

CAA plays

W&M +21 vs. Va Tech (2 units) - W&M returns most of their talent (except for Couplin) from last years defense that ranked 2nd in the FCS. VA Tech has a lot of questions at offense and a mediocre O-line that should allow the W&M front 7 to contain the run for the 1st half before they start to wear out. Don't expect W&M to do much on offense (Gotta hope that Tre McBride can catch the lame ducks that (insert shitty QB here... I mean Kluley) will be throwing him. Expect an ugly, low scoring game here (VT 20, W&M 6)

Delaware +21.5 vs. Pitt (1 unit) - I liked what I saw from UD's QB last year and think he is capable of doing some damage against a rebuilding Pitt defense; however, his success will come down to whether his O-line can keep him off the ground.

Other plays

Northern Iowa +16.5 vs. Iowa (1 unit)

1-2, -2.3 units

Way off on Delaware, and WM was unlucky to not cover against VA Tech. Injuries to their 2 best receivers + a lucky TD off a WM linebacker having an easy interception but somehow missed it and tipped it back to a Va Tech receiver for a TD. Injuries to the WM receivers led to a lot of 3 and outs and several 10+ play drives for Va Tech that tired out the WM defense.

.........

Richmond coach called a timeout with 12 seconds left to kick the go ahead FG instead of letting it get down to 4 seconds. Of course Liberty manages to get 1 play off and their kicker somehow nails a 60 yard FG........

Richmond has done everything in their power and more to try and lose this game

God Cluley is fucking awful... Amazing that with all the talent W&M can recruit in football, that can't seem to find a halfway decent QB. Also doesn't help when the refs have been against W&M the entire game, but when your QB is incapable of hitting a wide open receiver, their isn't much the refs can do to keep you in the game.
