Bulls when healthy are the most talented team in the East.

With the addition of Kanter, OKC is probably the most talented in basketball.

Actual top 3 PG

Top 2 SF

with Kanter and Serge who are both really talented.

Waiters blows, but Augustin and Morrow aren't bad rotation pieces.

Houston with everyone healthy is really deep and talented but they still have no PG and they don't play defense every night - but overall skill level, they are right there.

not a chance

when a team who has played such an easy schedule and shows such a poor defensive efficiency the are not talented at all defensively. Defense is part and parcel of talent.

If the question was based solely on offense and fanboy shit they are top five.

Talented teams play defence and win on the road.

Depends what you mean by the question. i think Cleveland's best can beat pretty much anyone else's best

Do they have the most overall talent though? Of course not. Kevin Love nowhere near as good as people thought/still think. Shooting percentage is bad this year and he is an absolute black hole defensively. Always gets dominated by any good PF.

Kyrie is a stud but as mentioned you do have to question him somewhat for not being able to lead a team to the playoffs in the crap East where under .500 makes the playoffs. He had nothing around him really but elite players make the playoffs no matter what. Also has always played embarrassing defense but is getting better i think.

But when you have Lebron that instantly makes you one of the most talented teams just because of him. Best player in the league but also makes everyone around him better. You could tell he couldn't stand the losing atmosphere and losing brand of basketball he came into at the start of the year always yelling at guys for lack of effort and esp for not even trying on defense. They have bought in though and looked downright scary the past 20+ games since lebron got healthy again

But overall talent? OKC has the most when healthy, Clippers right there, GS has tons, Portland has a wicked starting five in terms of talent, Dallas has tons of talent, Chicago.

What do you want from Kevin Love. He's basically a 3pt specialist that rebounds now like Bosh turned into and low and behold gets shit on just as much as Bosh did. He was never going to be a defensive special but it's not like he's a black hole either. So you take an offensive weapon and hamstring him to go through Kyrie/Lebron and he's just not going to play as well.

GS/OKC and maybe HOU have more talent than cleveland. OKC has an idiot as a coach though so it's a wash. I would say Chicago/LAC and ATL are all on par talent wise with CLE. Give CLE 1-2 more years to build a deeper bench and they'll probably rise to the #1 position since Draymond Green is going to get paid this offseason and I doubt GS will be able to keep him unless they start unloading players like Lee etc.
