Book the bet, pay the bet.

That's ideally how sportsbooks should operate. It's how Vegas books are made to run by a well-regulated infrastructure.

Want offshore to thrive in the face of the PAPSA reversal? Free rolling players isn't going to help.

Is there a way to catch potential cheating/abuse before the player requests a payout and everything is looked at?

Book software ain't verifying IP of every wager at placement.

Delay would cost them more than the occasional idiot shot taker does.

Catch the clowns at checkout.

I wish they would freeroll the shitheads that break the rules.

But they don't

The problem is the bonus. If the guy wanted to play with his account all he had to do is send a deposit without a bonus or send a deposit that was the equivalent of the amount that he was up and he would have gotten the bonus but these guys think they can bypass the rules.

In regards to the account he had to register it from a different IP address but he thought he was in the clear after that. All books run a verification check at sign up and before processing a payout. It’s just the way it is. The way I see it he tried to fool me and he got caught and he is lucky that I sent him and extra 450 for his troubles.

Somehow Vegas has managed to stay in business without doing any of that.
