My body is breaking down daily. It is not pretty.

Injuries?

 

I highly recommend light to moderate strength and flexibility training 3×1 hr a week for anyone over 50.

 

Just working with your own body weight, no weights to start. Planks, push ups, squat holds etc. 20 min of stretching.

 

You can turn back the clock easy with that routine.

 

Anybody a smoker need to quit that ASAP.
