OT: My life has changed in the last 3 months

The four easy steps I've taken in the last three months:

 

1. I've heavily cut my carb and sugar intake. Mostly eat meat, and only drink water or iced tea. I haven't had soda or anything sugary in over a year.

 

2. I've no fapped (meaning no porn and no masturbation) in the last three months.

 

3. I exercise on a regular basis.

 

4. I take vitamins and supplements that have been clinically proven to improve your health and in some cases testosterone. (I'll be glad to give you guys the list)

 

 

 

Results:

 

1. Weight loss. Trimmer body. Healthy.

 

2. More energy. I can go all day without feeling fatigued.

 

3. My sex life has improved 200% compared to the beginning of the year. Sex feels much better and enjoyable. I now have a "list" with many different options.

 

4. Women look at me to "check me out." Part of it has to do with #5...

 

5. Self-confidence is through the roof. I can walk into any room with my head held high and look people straight in the eye when talking to them.

 

6. More self-control in all aspects including food. I don't sit around thinking about my next meal.

 

7. Sharp memory and better focus. I don't feel like a zombie walking around with a foggy brain.

 

8. People respect you more. They don't look at you like some schlub. They see a person that needs to be respected.

 

9. More hair and deeper voice.

 

 

 

You guys can do all of this, too. I can give you guys a step-by-step if interested. You have to be in it 100% or it's not going to work for you. :cheers
