Here you go pal, bust away with the jokes.... I can take it. Besides I’m tall and have a solid frame so I carry weight a little better than most. Me posting this shows I’m being legit.

 

I was 276 on Saturday morning when I signed up for the program and gave all my vitals, gained about 2 pounds over the weekend with the Super Bowl and what not, lost 3 after my first officIal day yesterday and my workout session
