Tucker pointed out that 10 million+ people out of work is not an inconvenience, it's a national tragedy , he also pointed out that Fauci's job is secure, and he's not quarantined. rdalert447 Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 Posted this in the press conference thread, but it’s been ignored by the two guys that continue to cry about it in every other thread: For those that are unfamiliar with emergency management principles, the Offices of Pandemic Response had no defined roles or responsibilities in all four phases of emergency management- mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Anyone who suggests otherwise is either ill-informed or has an agenda. Look on FEMA’s website, and you’ll be hard pressed to even see that office mentioned. No powers/authorities under the Stafford Act, none under any emergency powers acts. Lead agency is always FEMA or CDC ever since 9/11 and Katrina. To state it more plainly, you have all these other agencies that have specific roles and responsibilities during emergencies (all phases) and this nothing agency on the sideline waving for attention so the coach puts them in the game. It was a useless agency which was most likely started for cronyism related reasons. Anyone that shouts about that feeble agency doesn’t know what they are talking about. There is no right and wrong. this kind of scenario all anyone can do is let the experts use the data at hand to try and project. He is one of the leading experts in his field.
