I had a pint with her at the pub and got the vibe that she is in to me more than just a roommate, if you know what I mean. It's a flat downtown, expensive crap. People ruin things by not simply enjoying exactly what they've got. If it's good, leave it be. Protect the situation you enjoy presently, don't risk it for something so easy to find.
