Trump's campaign is handcuffed by current events and the mood of the country.

No one is in the mood for lies and false promises right now. People are anywhere from vigilante, to scared to downright paranoid right now.

The only way for Trump to win is to restore the country's comfort level and he just isn't that guy.

Anyone seen as a unifying force would cakewalk to victory.

It won't be him.

Trump needs to stop talking and start doing. I'm sick and tired of bold talk which he follows up with nothing.

It will take an election with epic levels of corruption to reelect Dump.

He doesn't understand the issues as they pertain to governance, he knows how to stand at a lecturn and talk, not speak.

People call him a liar, corrupt which may be somewhat true but my opinion is that he is just unqualified.

I think he tried to work the Ukraine with Rooooty because that's just how he operates. He probably had no idea at all what he was doing was illegal, didn't listen to those that did, got impeached.

His pandemic response the same, he didn't get it. Flew right over his head.

Being dumb is not a crime. Being dumb and thinking you aren't is not a crime. Telling folk you gonna do shit is not a crime. Getting played ĺike a puppet is not a crime.

It is just no way to run a country.

The US is no longer in control of its own affairs, it's own rule of law, it's own people or it's own future.

You can re elect Trump, elect Biden or write in Anthony Richkas, you'll get the same result.

I agree, except for the same result part. But trump is not in control, and biden certainly would not be.

Trump in ‘fragile’ mood and may drop out of 2020 race if poll numbers don’t improve, GOP insiders tell Fox News

Donald Trump may drop out of the 2020 presidential race if he believes he has no chance of winning, a Republican Party operative reportedly told Fox News

The claim comes in a report in the president’s favourite news outlet that cites a number of GOP insiders who are concerned about Mr Trump’s re-election prospects amid abysmal polling numbers.

Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee, currently holds an average lead of nine points over the incumbent, according to a tracker of 2020 polls by RealClearPolitics

Crucially, Mr Trump has lost support from older white voters — typically a bedrock of support for the Republican Party and a group that was crucial to his narrow 2016 victory. Mr Trump is also trailing the former vice president in almost all the swing states.

“It’s too early, but if the polls continue to worsen, you can see a scenario where he drops out,” one anonymous GOP operative told Fox News.
