HinesWard86
Some of the numbers being thrown around for streamers are ridiculous. Ninja reportedly turned down $60 million plus a year from Facebook Shroud reported turned down $20 million plus from Facebook Dr Disrespect made more than a $1 million in his return to streaming yesterday

HinesWard86
Lol thats great. Theres a lot of money to be made in Esports if you pay attention. Join the Discords, have Twitter alerts up, and check Reddit from time to time. I think Ive mentioned it before, but the funniest shit Ive seen was a CS:GO match where a team had to use a player that had quit the month before to focus on another game. He came into the match with a name like "IHateCSGO" and tried for the first six or seven rounds. His team fell behind, and then he started shooting his teammates. IIRC the ML on their opponent opened at -250 and closed at -1700
FairWarning
I wonder if the PAC 12 revisits a esports league, now that other sports are getting shelved. They had it at a club level.
HinesWard86
I think it makes sense. Esports are how you connect with younger people these days. Even the US Army has their own Twitch channel and Esports team. Dr. Disrespect had 7.2 million unique viewers during his stream...absurd.
