Workout everyday, weights, kettlebells spin bike and peloton app all at home. Eat insanely healthy 5-6 days a week. Splurge 1-2 days a week.

 

Could break lil sleepy in two and laugh while I do it

 

Pretty sure one shot to the melon with my tire iron and it would be all over.
