Biden wanted to shoot it down but the pentagon said it might land on people and injure someone, which is bullshit because it's over empty land in montana. I suspect we cant shoot it down because it's too high, it might be 100K ft high and we are a weak nation now. While some planes like a U -2 could prob get that high they are unarmed.
