Unfortunately not everyone is, there are plenty of selfish idiots. Also this is a somewhat heavily Hasidic area, so that would be the best guess. I pretty much only go out to shop at CVS(everyone's masked), or Pick up Food at Take Out Places, where again everyone is fully masked and not crowded at all.
