It's not hard. You don't want to cut carbs.

1) Burn more calories than you take in

2) fuel your body don't feed it -- every calorie should have a purpose

3) steps carrying weights will burn calories quickly, something you can do any time, 2 10lb weights just go up and down the stairs 5 times. Wait 2 mins, do it again. 5 sets twice a day at any random time takes 12 minutes and keeps your calories burning

4) eat the "super foods", spinach etc put spinach on everything you won't even taste it but it's great for you

5) low sugar/white flower

If you have access to weights you'll use there is plenty to add, but if you take in 1600 calories for 50 days and only do the steps, carrying more weight as it gets easier, you'll lose weight quickly. Dumb things like flexing your belly or chewing your food more burn calories. Random sets of push ups and/or sit ups. It's incredibly simple to get quick results that won't be difficult to sustain or build on. Food isn't meant to for fun, it's meant to fuel your body. Just eat for a different purpose and introduce these simple ways to burn calories. It doesn't get easier than that. Cutting carbs isn't necessary the right carbs will keep your body fueled and give you energy to burn calories. Flat grain bread gooooooooood with tuna and eggs with spinach leaves on top, yumtastic. Any mayo light, snacks hot salsa and Special K crackers. They're good. Just eat one at a time, eat 3 to get the taste you enjoy and move on. 16 calories and plenty of flavor.

Steps carrying weights will do your body good. You can almost always do something to burn calories and keep your metabolism sped up. Start it with a light brefas and treat your body like a machine that reacts to tities. 1600 calories, bye bye weight
