On to number 3 out of 5, taking a little longer because doing all the work myself. Hoping to be done with them all late spring, not a professional by any means but I think it turned out decent! bedrooms are all the same paint and older hardwood floors, if I ever sell I’ll have to update the bathroom upstairs, it’s dated and not worth showing, very basic. Helping out a kid from work, I’d always rather take a little less than market price than have to gamble with a random. Atleast I know I’m getting paid.
