Kolzig walking into Subway with a suit on and a briefcase with a resume.

Where I used to work I remember one time a guy came in all suited up -looked sharp and eager. Then they walked through the next guy - a kid who looked like he slept in his clothes, dirty, pants all worn out, crappy shirt, they hired the 2nd guy, said he'd fit in better. :deemer

Embellishing on one's resume is commonplace.

even housep gave me the ok on that

on my resume i have a job listed for 15 years in the same town. ppl might think i will just go back to it. that might be the problem

i need to make up jobs in 3 year chunks. many different areas

The way the job market is now, they'll hire nearly anyone with a pulse.

They aren't checking what's on a resume.

You could have the best resume ever. But you're not going to work the job , so why bother. ?

Next interview , you interview them.

You dont need a resume, everyone is desperate, really, really desperate, just walk in and act normal. You should be able to make $18-20 easy in NH. Walmart is always hiring and they do most of their stocking during the day now - when i shop those people are moving like turtles, it's now a decent paying job too.
