Putin just signed 2 new bills 1st Russian debt will be paid in Rubels only . 2ed No foreign company is allowed to own natural resources in Russia . As you already know Natural gas is been traded in rubels (to unfriendly countries) .What happens now Russia just cut national debt in more then half . When the war started rubel was traded at around 120 to 1 USD . Today at 54 to 1 . I had a conversation with one of the posters here in this thread on experts that are saying the true value is 24 to 1 . In other words sanctions forced reach people to invest in itès own country .Who wouldnèt want that . Not everybody , greedy corporations that are all about its own profits will explain to us on how Global economy works. How is that , i can not even buy a hammer that is made in North America . To sum it up . If dirt poor Russia in late 19 early 2000 can bounce back in such a short period of time .US with all its technology ,natural resources and the man power ( that Russia does not have) US can do it in less then 10.
