dill sauce is great but im out of cucumbers, farmer's market is every friday so today Im low on fruits, veggies and similar

Season with garlic salt only and wrap in tinfoil with a cube of cut butter for every 2lb

Put in bbq or oven med/high 15/20 min and then lightly grade fish and remove rib cage fully intact and remove rando bones, squeeze in whole lemon 

wrap up again and cook 5min more until butter is fully melted and then poke holes in the bottom of foil to release butter and allow heat in to steam fish for 10min

open foil and shred fish, serve in taco with dry coleslaw (not cabbage) and tapitio

or serve over white rice…

Doesnt get any better than that
