i've eaten at rendezvous at least 5 times, commissary and central are better and yet you never eat there, you always eat at rendezvous with the other tourists

like i said, your puny little brain can't comprehend that even the chain mission bbq all over the country can be 100% as good

do you think just because they are in memphis the quality of their pork is somehow magically better?  or their workers are just magically that much better?  or maybe they have the only smokers in the country that cook properly lololol

I've eaten at all of them.  Rendezvous is THE best

I'm eying up I- Hop for my breakfast in dodge city, does that count as a classy "tablecloth" type place?

Haven't been to an I Hop in 20 years, kinda excited, i think they have a senior menu. :mutley

I-Hop for breakfast is semi-adequate. I think they do have a senior menu but haven't been to one in 4-5 years.

But when planning a family trip around destination meals, I think a classy place to break bread with your loved ones is worthy...

there is a pretty good bbq place in nashville called "peg leg porker" where the chef actually has a peg leg... they win awards and the chef goes to the james beard house so of course landers wouldn't go there, because they don't need to give people free meals for good publicity

i made a pretty horrible joke to my family that he used to work at "i hop"
