I'm trying to minimize the carbs although there are some in both. Drinking just water, plain green tea, or black coffee. Stomach gets a little clogged but the weed at night helps. If you don't drink a lot of water it gets dicey with cramps and binding. Feel like I'm eating less and not as hungry. Sugar cravings were bad first few days but passed after a dull headache.
