I've been at 400 but then realized it was useless, getting to 440 wouldn't have been hard, I'm surprised a drugged up Cena - who does nothing but workout - would boast over this. Look at the weight lifting numbers for your fav ncaaf team and you'll see truly insane numbers. I can bench 340 or so without a terrible amount of trouble, but I can't get to 400 without putting on weight I don't want because I'll never take supplements other than yoo-hoo and twizzlers. I go more with my heavy bag workouts than heavy lifting or maxing out, I used to max once a week on the bench and incline where I got to 375 before going on the leaner program I created for myself. I have to be at 220 to bench 400, I don't like it, nothing fits well. I never look particularly big, when I was with donuts I was around 370 but without extra supplements the body just looks different. Lots of juiced up goofballs in my gym who looked twice my size that I whooped in our little lifting contests/gambling. Didley hustled the meatheads.

 

If I went after it I'd guess I could get to 400 by September. Once you get to any point, as you'd know with cardio, your body returns quickly -- muscle memory is a beautiful thing. My health isn't great so some days I can't do shit, but that's probably bc drinking 45 beers a night was not a great way to live and while it felt cool to never have a hangover then, I think I'm paying for it now. Of course, it could be the many items I've been hit with in various rumbles. I shouldn't be alive, but my skull was built to last until I figured out how to live a productive life. Thankfully.

We should hustle the country in ping pong and wiffle ball, we need yanks.

I believe he posted one a while ago with 465 or so, I have to agree with you Mofo, after 400 just gets to injury prone, I usually work up to 400 if I do bench at all... Its all for shits a I love cock any way (I can bench more than you lol)...bench really doesn't improve your physic.

I have been out the gym for about 4 months due to having tennis elbow for years finally going to let it heal. Partially tore my rotator cuff thank god no surgery.. Will be back in july feels like a death sentence

 

That sucks I have tennis elbow as well....Horrible pain....Rotator cuff isnt anything to mess with...Hope you heal soon.

I hustled quite a bit of money from you, Benny, 4625, and Cassius clay on that trip on all those crazy prop bets. I've always loved betting on stupid shit like that and have made 10s of thousands in my life doing so.

 

We need a TGF meet up in Vegas this upcoming football season.

Dumbells whether it be incline or flat is a far better exercise for your chest...especially if you go slow and a controlled movement

 

I always do the Dumbbells after the bar, the Dumbbells only go up to 120 so I can't start there.

Bench 7 sets

Incline 7

Decline 5

Dumbbell flat bench 7

Dumbbell incline 7

 

Then 10 sets on cables etc

Yeah I do sets instead of what Ronnie Coleman says big weight.. I just,post... I admit I have been out gym since December.. But I,mostly post @ work when it slows down.. Or when I don't feel like going out... Instead of a cheat day.. I have been on a cheat binder.. Just remember the body is a temple.. Oh yeah I thought this was a gambling fourm too mr.ginn, , wtf
